Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Support Inhouse System to create Procurement Request (PR)
a. Define & Create the Purchase Requisition (BANF) for development projects / Capital Expenditure at RRS, Friedrichshafen, Germany.
b. Create reports out of business systems like SAP, Nintex* (MS Office-based in-house tool) System and others for tracking of the procurement status of committed Products & Services.
c. Optimize the reporting process by defining / modifying the data extraction process from Excel, SAP. In addition, all required Project related data would be collected and processed for reporting (e.g. VBA programming, using MS Excel & using Customized tools)
d. Monitor or Track the Procurement activity for whole development vertical & responsible for all Procurement Related topics.
2. New Systems & Continues Improvement
a. Create Reports & Tracking effectively by using new processes for PR.
b. SPOC for all procurement in Development.
c. Monitor & Tracking regarding the Procurement activity with the stakeholders.
d. Maintain the database & highlight the critical issues.
3. Documentation
a. Document reporting processes.
Necessary Skills:
Strong ability to quickly learn new concepts, minimize manual errors, and apply a lean mindset for continuous improvement Basic knowledge of SCM, Procurement Activities, Certificate not required but candidate should equivalent knowledge by inhouse training and practice in Procurement as a team member. Advanced knowledge of SCM, MS Excel, using charts, organizing big data amounts, using pivot-reports, indexed lists with, able to do visual basic programming Ability to understand Quotation which has been written in English as well as German Language and extract necessary information to create PR Handing different types of Purchase requests (Material, Service, Capital Assets, etc.)
Language:
English written and spoken fluent. It is necessary to be understood by English speaking Germans.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree with relevant 5 Years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management (SCM) OR Master with 3+ years relevant experience in Procurement with German Language B1 / B2
